Do you ship to
P.O. Boxes and APOs?
Yes, we do ship to PO Box and APO addresses, we ask you to put the shipping info in the comment line of each order to have an optimal delivery of your purchase.
What is the way you ship?
We ship the products universal and all parcels are shipped in safely.
- Our company name or something else related to pharmaceutical contents is not specified on the parcel or packing slips.
- The packaging method is modified regularly in order to obtain a satisfied delivery.
- We use small packages to escape unwelcome questions. If we have a big order that won't fit in the package, we will divide it into some more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).
- Sometimes we may reuse original boxes for packing products that can match with the order (our company has an environmental aim)
- The orders are sent from different deposits situated in various European countries.
Do you ensure your packing, what about customs, what happens if the package is retained?
We care a lot about our security system, we pack the parcels as privy as possible. If a package is seized by customs, we ask you to send us the sequester letter from customs or FDA so we could reship the order at no fee for you. The client should scan the sequester letter and send it to [email protected]. We can send you one more order only once. We don't reship to these locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Africa, APO/FPO, Brasil, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Chile, Dubai.
Important note: We don't guarantee 100% of delivery for the products that are shipped from a non-EU country to Europe countries. If the package is seized or lost, we don't make any reships or refunds.
What about shipping duty?
Your delivery cost is 25 USD. In case the package is shipped from 2 different deposits the shipping fee is 40 USD.
Is the delivery sure?
We provide maximum discretion when we ship the packages. We repack the products from their own boxes very safe in order to avoid shipment volume. We don't put our company's name on any parcel, and the packages are sent from different places in Europe, located in various countries, this way we intend to provide optimally safe and sure delivery.
Do I have to sign for shipping?
We send the orders by registered mail, the way to the destination the orders may be tracked. For an optimal security, you have to sign when you receive the parcel.
How much time does it take for ordering and shipping?
At the time, the customer makes an order, we immediately send an instruction e-mail on how to do the payment. When we receive and confirm the payment, we pack the order within 2-7 business days.
The packages sent by Registered Airmail arrive in about 2-4 weeks after it is sent abroad from the Post Office. Sometimes could be delays of 1-3 weeks because of the customs reasons, during the holiday period or due to bad weather conditions. Remember, you need to sign for the package. In case, if you are not home, the package will be at the Post Office and to pick up the package you will need to show your ID.
Important note: The packages that are not trackable and in 2-3 weeks you have not received it or have not received a letter from the Post Office informing you that the package is at the Post Office, please go to the local Post Office, most of the time the package will be there. If the package will not be picked in 3-4 weeks from the moment it was sent abroad, it will be sent back.
If you did not receive the order within the time limit (7-8 weeks), we ask you to write to our customer support or send us an e-mail in order to assist you with pleasure. We will be very grateful to you for your understanding and patience in the matter.
What will be my actions if I don't get my order?
You may not receive the order if it has been sequestered at customs or lost in the mail. What is a Semi-Shipped order?
Semi-shipped means that the order was submitted for shipment. One device of the order has been already shipped out; the other is in the process to be shipped within 1-5 days.

What can I enterprise if my parcel is late?
