Zoomalis 20

Zoomalis 20 is used for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction. This is the situation when a man cannot have or keep his penis hardened, in erection, as is necessary for sexual activity. It has been shown to significantly improve men's ability to get penis erection for sexual activity.

Zoomalis 20 contains the active substance tadalafil, which is part of a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase inhibitors type 5. Following sexual stimulation, it acts by helping the blood vessels in the penis to relax and allow more blood to enter the penis. The result is improved erectile function. Zoomalis 20 will not help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction.

It is important to note that Zoomalis does not act if there is no sexual stimulation. You and your partner need to take the prelude as if you were not taking any erectile dysfunction medication.

The recommended dose is a 20 mg orodispersible film taken at least 30 minutes before having sexual activity. It can be effective up to 36 hours after administration and should not be taken often than once a day.

Consuming alcohol can affect your ability to get an erection and temporarily lower your blood pressure. If you have taken or plan to take Zoomalis 20, avoid excessive consumption of ethyl alcohol (blood alcohol levels of 0.08% or higher) as this may increase the risk of dizziness when you stand up.
 
Method of administration
Zoomalis 20 orodispersible film is administered orally. Food does not affect the absorption of tadalafil. Water may be used if necessary. With dry hands, fold the envelope along the dotted line. While they are still folded, carefully tear the envelope along the edge and remove the orodispersible film from the envelope. Put it in your mouth, directly on the tongue. It will dissolve quickly, so it can be swallowed easily. Wash your hands after taking the dose.
