my go to for the final month of my summer prep. never had issues until this year. i noticed my joints getting really sore this time, especially my knees. i looked it up and it turns out it's actually pretty common with this. so i cut my dosage in half. that took away a majority of the pain but also makes your cut take longer. my advice for anyone is to start with a low dose and gradually increase your dose.
